This Privacy Policy explains how Heartland Care, Inc. dba Oasis In-Home Care ("Oasis," "we") collects and uses information through our website at oasiscaregivers.com and our caregiver availability, client check-in, and text message programs at dashboard.oasiscaregivers.com.
Information we collect
- Name, mobile number, email, city and ZIP code.
- Caregiver availability and work preferences.
- Check-in and survey responses.
- Text message opt-in records, including date, time, and method.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security.
- Information you submit through our website contact form, such as your name, email, phone number, location, and details about your care request.
- Cookie and analytics data from our website.
How we use it
- To coordinate caregiver schedules and match caregivers with client shifts.
- To send the work-related and care-related text messages and emails you agreed to receive.

Our website
When you use our website, including our contact form, we use the information you provide to respond to you, provide requested services, operate and improve the website, and measure advertising performance.
Our website runs on Squarespace and uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser and any available site controls.
For advertising measurement, the email address you submit on our contact form may be normalized and securely hashed before it is sent to Google for matching. We never send phone numbers to Google or any other third party for advertising.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, or detailed medical records through our website forms.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you sign up for texts from Oasis In-Home Care, on our sign-up page at dashboard.oasiscaregivers.com/text-alerts or on one of our forms, we collect your name, mobile number, and a record of your consent, including the date, time, and how you signed up.
We use your mobile number only to send the texts you agreed to receive: requests for extra shift availability, reminders, and scheduling updates for caregivers, and care check-ins for family contacts of our clients.
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of receiving services.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and these programs (such as Squarespace, Google Analytics, and Google Ads as described above, plus website hosting and email delivery), when required by law, or to protect someone's safety. This sharing never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, which will not be shared with any third parties, and we never share mobile numbers for marketing or promotional purposes.
Keeping your information
We keep text message sign-up and opt-out records for at least 4 years so we can show consent. We keep other information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. We protect it with access controls and encryption.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply START to sign up again. Contact us to see, correct, or delete your information. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.
